Dispatch Timeframes
All gowns have a 3-month production timeframe, with rush orders taking 1 month. Please note, all mini gowns have a 1-month production timeframe. If you require a Priority order, please let us know, and we will confirm whether your gown can be made within the timeframe.
Shipping Timeframes Australia Orders: Your gown will be shipped via Australia Standard Post, DHL, or TNT, with delivery taking between 1-4 business days. For eastern states, please allow 3-7 business days. Our Dispatch team will provide tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
International orders: All international orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, with delivery times ranging from 3-14 business days, depending on your location. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information to follow your package's progress.
Shipping Costs We offer complimentary global shipping on all orders.
Currency, Duties & Taxes Import duties and taxes may apply in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer multiple fitting appointments as part of our process of our Couture gowns.
Minor adjustments may be made during your fittings to ensure a perfect final result.
If you experience any concerns during fittings, we’re committed to working with you directly to resolve them.
Minor adjustments during fittings are included.
Significant design or fit changes requested after fittings may incur additional charges.
Any further alterations to ready-to-wear gowns are at the client’s own cost.
